If the applicant declines enrollment after the certificate of eligibility and letter of acceptance have been issued, then the tuition fee and the facilities/equipment fee will be refunded. The refund will exclude the enrollment fee.
If the applicant declines enrollment or has been denied permission to enter Japan by the Japanese embassy, etc., we ask that they explain the reason in a declination of enrollment notification and return the certificate of eligibility and letter of acceptance to AFLS.
Once the return of the above-mentioned documents has been confirmed, a refund will be paid to the applicant. Also, the applicant will bear the cost of any bank transfer charges for the refund.
